Wolfe's Way Fitness & Spa offers several types of massage that focus on different parts of the body or healing approaches.
We offer two types of
Traditional Massage: - Our Swedish Relaxation Massage is a gentle type of full-body massage that’s ideal if you are new to massage, have a lot of tension, or are sensitive to touch. It can help release muscle knots, and it’s also a good choice for when you want to fully relax during a massage.

Dynamic Deep Tissue Massage involves applying a more intense, sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues. This pressure works out the knots from stressed, overworked muscles and connective tissue to alleviate immediate pain, as well as chronic joint and muscle pain. It also promotes faster healing by increasing blood flow and reducing inflammation.
In each of these traditional massages, the massage therapist will also apply a combination of hot towels and hot stones as needed.
