Salt Cave Yoga


Enjoy the benefits of a halotherapy treatment while you burn calories and tone muscles. In our guided yoga class you will get a total mind-body workout that combines strengthening and stretching poses with deep breathing and relaxation. Our yoga instructor, Nicky, uses a Vinyasa style yoga, a sequence of flowing movements connecting with your breath. It’s for all ages & levels as modifications are provided. Practicing this style has been known to improve your strength and balance, and is very calming to the mind.

Rates: Variable, depending on class size. Call to book your group for one hour session. Ask for yoga with halotherapy.

Monday Night Yoga 


Our yoga instructor, Nicky, will lead you through a Vinyasa style yoga workout, using a sequence of flowing movements connecting with your breath.  Just like the salt cave yoga, this program is for all ages & levels. But unlike the salt cave yoga, this class is offered in the larger gym area, without the halotherapy treatment.  

Rates: $10 for a one hour session. This class is perfect for those who can't commit to every Monday night. Sign up each week, any time between Tuesday and Sunday for the next Monday's class.

SilverSneakers Exercise Program


Low impact stretch and mild exercise routine for seniors and others who have limited mobility or endurance. These exercises focus on strengthening muscles and increasing range of movement for daily life activities. Participants can use hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and exercise balls. Often a chair is used for seated exercises or standing support.
